Spring Vintage Garden Makeover

Hello!
Every year My Garden walk becomes more magical...I love to look at it through childlike eyes, because it makes you see things for the pure pleasure that they are!
It's only the beginning of Spring, And there are Many more days of Sunshine and Sparkles in the "Le Jardin de la Contessa"
Still working on updating the deck... It's going to look so cool! (And different!)
I have ripped out around 100 plants, and put in 300 more! LOL every year is like a new painting!
Stay Tuned!
Vanessa

  1. Vanessa - your garden is truly magical! The beautiful colors of the columbines are amazing - mine are just starting to bloom! I love the vintage touches - the photo with the wooden birdcage (I think :) and watering can is my favorite!

    Thanks for sharing! Kathy

  14. Just came over from A Soft Place to Land to visit your garden walk--so very beautiful! What do you fertilize with?

  15. AllyJo! ~Thanks for featuring me as a link!

Jennifer~ I really dont use fertilizer... to tell you the truth! I garden organically, with no pesticides, and what ever makes it, stays in .. if it cant grow here, then I dont pass it along in my designs for my clients! .....My soil is pretty good, especially in the woods, where the leaves fall every year, just black good gold! Other places in the yard I never know what I am going to dig into, ( I live between five rock quarrys! )

    Happy summer Everyone!

  17. We have a garden the size of a football pitch, which has been badly neglected for years, we live in the countryside and it would be so nice to see some wildlife in the garden. This garden would be your biggest challenge!!!
