But here is how I do it! I use marine varnish.. And decoupage it right on top.. Also high temp hot glue and e600 .. When the varnish is still wet I throw handfuls of glitter in her wet sides!!
Yes things peel off.. But that just means new stuff gets added on! No problem! A traveling billboard or artsy fun! The toys stayed on for four years !! I finally had to pry them off! :) good luck and have fun! Acrylic paint works great also!
